An Intimate Chateau Laurier Wedding

After getting engaged at the Fairmont Chateau Laurier (on Canada Day), Kristy & Chandler decided it would be the perfect wedding venue for them. They were looking for Chateau Laurier wedding pictures to inspire them and came across Union Eleven. After doing a bit more research they chose us to capture their engagement photos and their special day.

Kristy & Chandler opted to have an intimate, scaled down wedding in February after being forced to postpone their January wedding due to the province wide COVID-19 lockdown. They liked the idea of a winter wedding to give them a great reason to travel to warm destinations for their anniversaries (when travel becomes a thing again!).

Their wedding started with a blizzard in the morning which turned into sunshine just as we showed up. It was pretty much a perfect February day. Keith from Exceptional Ceremonies delivered a stellar performance generating many laughs and Wedecor designed a beautiful ceremony set-up pin the Laurier room.
