AN OTTAWA WEDDING

We became the old married couple long before we were married. We met in University 5 times before we hit it off and then became practically inseparable. For the next 4 years, we developed a deep sense of respect and love for each other and we laughed a lot! We graduated and travelled to Western Europe. In Paris, I had refused to go to the Eiffel Tower because of the heat. Thankfully, Taylor insisted and proposed to me in front of it.

Over the course of a year, we made plans for a big extravagant wedding. Then we realized we wanted something that represented us better. We just couldn't wait any longer. In the span of a day we scrapped those plans. We set a date 2 months away, booked City Hall, lunch at Elgin St Diner and an available restaurant we had never even set foot in (coincidentally in the Paris room). 

It was a truly perfect day and Union Eleven was pivotal to that perfection. Jessica was our first contact and Andrew and Derrick followed through with the same utmost professionalism and attention to detail. We really felt like they added to our day, our friends and family loved them and they captured the essence of who we are through their art form. I had confidence and gratitude for Union Eleven before I even saw my photos and how we feel about them after seeing them is not something we can put into words.
