FEATURED WEDDINGS

LE BELVÉDÈRE - WAKEFIELD, QC

The beautiful panoramic views of the riverside village of Wakefield and the Gatineau Hills make it amazing backdrop for our photographers. Not only are the views great, the venue is truly state-of-the-art. Jessica and her team is constantly improving and making Le Belvedere better every time we visit. The Union Eleven team has shot more than fifteen wedding here and feel quite at home. Please visit the galleries below to see some of the weddings we have featured at Le Belvedere.

STONEFIELDS - CARLETON PLACE, ON

Once you step onto the beautiful property of the Stonefields Heritage Farm, you feel instantly at home. Stephanie and Steve have very big hearts; they always greet you with a smile and a big hug. The front lawn of the Farm House and the grounds between the rustic barns make for beautiful ceremony locations. When it comes to taking photos on the Stonefields grounds, there's no shortage of great spots... And you can't beat the sunsets on this property! Something to look forward to in Spring 2016, a brand new modern barn to host an indoor wedding reception. Please see some our featured weddings from Stonefields below.

FAIRMONT CHATEAU LAURIER

The Chateau Laurier is an obvious favourite amongst couples and photographers alike. It’s tough to beat the fairytale charm that this venue provides. From the Laurier Room to the Ballroom, there’s no shortage of elegance and class in every detail. Mariam and her team do a fantastic job at tying together all the different aspects of a wedding day, from the getting ready, to the ceremony and reception; everything can be done all in one place which is super convenient. And for those who can’t get enough of Ottawa’s beautiful downtown core, the Fairmont Chateau Laurier is located within walking distance of some great urban backdrops, providing photo ops almost everywhere you look. Check out some of featured weddings from the Chateau Laurier below.

MUSEUM OF NATURE

What sets the Museum of Nature apart from other wedding venues in the city is its wealth of architectural elements, both old and new. From the outside, the building looks almost medieval with its vaulted doors and stained glass windows. The inside, however, boasts some more contemporary elements; sleek, marble staircases, modern, artistic sculptures and exceedingly high glass walls. The variety of architectural backdrops at the Museum makes it fun for any photographer to shoot there… not to mention, Diane always takes great care of us, too! And hey! why not take in an exhibit during cocktail hour?!
